Need a room in Cambridge for the summer with easy access to the City Centre, train station and local amenities. We have rooms available in a house located on Coleridge Road (between Mill Road and Cherry Hinton Road) offered on a fully inclusive basis of bills between late June to September '08 – 4 week minimum let offered between these dates. The house benefits from a modern fitted kitchen, communal sitting room and shared bathroom with shower over bath.

 

Rear garden. Double rooms offered at £375 pcm and a single room is available at £330 pcm. House is furnished and bedding can be provided if required.

 

A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will have to be paid for the duration of your stay and this will be lodged safely with the DPS (www.depositprotection.com) and will be processed back to you quickly once your room is checked at the end of your stay.
