only so no individual enquiries will be
considered, apart from our large house at 5
Elizabeth Way which is offered to
individuals and part groups. There is an
application fee (per person) of £130
(inc VAT) for the applicant and
£45 (inc VAT) for the guarantor
required on each applicant. All applicants
must be over 18. All rents are exclusive of
utility bills and council tax. A house will
only be reserved once all application fees
