All properties are available from 1st August 2008 through to 30th June 2009 unless otherwise stated in the individual description. Whilst let on a room to room basis, all houses are offered to full groups only so no individual enquiries will be considered. There is an application fee (per person) of £100 for the applicant and £35 for the guarantor required on each applicant. All applicants must be over 18.
