Established in September 2007 and owned by Marilla Garland, a well known agent in the Cambridge Area, our commitment is to provide a service to our clients in a sound, personal and professional manner.

Looking after a portfolio of over 170 properties ranging from studio apartments to substantial family houses we have many years of experience in the Cambridge market and surrounding villages. We also have extremely good knowledge of the student market and look after a number of shared houses occupied by both students and professionals, particularly in Cambridge City Centre. All fully managed properties are visited by a member of the team on a quarterly basis and our findings reported back.
